Our Members and Staff all have this error The URL you entered for your avatar does not appear to be valid. Please ensure you enter a valid URL. We have tried http://img.photoimageremoved Wink we even tried hosting the image at another place like imageshack and no luck. We have checked groups permissions and all have the permission to upload avatars so I don't know why this all a sudden stopped working. Changing the user's avatar via ACP doesn't do the trick either it says the same message.

Have you tried just uploading the image through MyBB rather than using image hosting?
What plugins have you got installed?

1. I have not but you have to realise the forum gets pretty big each day we can't add them in ftp each day that would be annoying really quick.
2. may I PM them to you?

EDIT: Problem resolved! It was one of our mods and deactivating it resolved the problem. Thanks!

Which mod? I am having same problem while editing user in admin cp.
