Ive come across this problem before , theres an attachment on my forum that has been uploaded and was downloaded successfully , until now.

When a user tries to download the file they get an error:

File not found
Firefox can't find the file at http://www.mybbextras.com/attachment.php?aid=308

Any ideas why this file is now returning this error, i cant figure it out.

From that error it seems that the actual file "attachment.php" is missing

What is ./uploads and the folders inside CHMOD to?

Theres 2 folders in there full of uploaded stuff , there CHMOD to 755

Try changing them to 777.

At the min all the uploads are downloading fine , but if i encounter that problem again i'll try that. Cheers AJS
