What the hell? It looks to me that something isn't right with the tables. I'm not sure as to what the specific problem is, though. Pretty weird.

It's a problem with your forumbit_subforums template. It seems like you started a table, but you didn't end it.
I never editted any templates though
Then it's a problem with one of your modifications or plugins that changed the forumbit_subforums template.
This is what is in the Default Templates --> Forum Bit Templates

I did try to install the subforum hack and it didn't work, so that is probably the problem. Stupid question, how do I access the templates?
Admin CP -> Templates -> Modify/Delete -> Expand "Default Templates".
You'll find the forumbit_ templates if you further expand "Forum Bit Templates".
