One day a user of my forum open a topic, where he said "I can't change my avatar because of size limitation". I said to give me his avatar image, so I tried to upload myself, and I uploaded successfully.

Then I thought it was that specific username that was affected by the problem. So I gave him the test account details but he couldn't change the avatar even on the test's account.

I haven't this problem, but some user have it and probably is caused by some PC configurations (maybe OS? I'm sure is not the browser) but don't know which..

No, it wasn't.. Infact this is the strange thing, I upload every image in the limits without any problem, but some users (with the same image and with the same test account) have this issue!
