hi when finishing the merge process, this problem appears, all forums words appear like this:
ÇáÇÊÌÇå ÇáãÚÇßÓ , ãÞÇáÇÊ ÚÇãÉ ,

how can i solve it?

In your ACP --> Tools & Maintenance, try running the UTF-8 conversion to see if that fixes the problem.
