i am new to maintain forum as i never did anything as forum admin
so please kindly tell me how to make new folders and change name my bb

You can change the name in your Admin-CP -> Board Settings -> General Options.

What do you mean with folders? Do you want to create new categories/forums? You can do that in your Admin-CP -> Manage Forums.

i had not seen general options in board settings and my version is 1.1

yes i want to create categories like introduction discussion so how can i do
i had done as admin control panael
then managae forums then after what is hould do

i see there is add child forum subforums/mod forums eedit permissions

so please how to proceed next

To create a category you have to create a new forum with the following setting:

Act as forum? -> No

hello there

for the skin (theme) there is a full tutorial here

for the templates, they are in general in Admin CP > Templates > Modify/ delete > expand

for each page or part of mybb, there is a specific template, u will know them by their indication name. they are just html , so u will have no problem cutomizing them.

if i want to move announcements to 3rd forum customization then what i should do
as iw rote some forums but they were going down by down
