In search I found a new MyBB site on net. I like this decent theme. Where the theme is available?

That would most likely be a custom made theme. It is pretty basic as well.

It could be a custom made theme... but whoever paid for that got ripped because thats an ugly lime theme.

Both of your threads asks for information about themes from brand new sites.
I don't think someone too interested to find good quality themes would land up on two new sites, instead of quality theme developers like Justin.
One of the domain, Mahicreations.com is protected with privacy protect. But with whois i found a coincidence that the name of admin in Mahicreations is same as the name of the domain owner of Mybbstar.com

Another thing is, both of the sites have same nameservers, ie) they are hosted on same server ( 69.162.64.58).

And Having the same nameservers doesn't neccessarily make them on the same server... The same server ip does though.

Indeed. That's why i mentioned that they are on same server.
The theme looks kinda doll. I would ask Jessie S to design you a theme from dynaxel.
