How do I convert an SMF theme to a MyBB theme.
I have permission from the author.
There's no easy way, you just use the images and CSS to build a new MyBB theme.

This. Until you have a good understanding of MyBB and it's template system I wouldn't recommend it though (I've always found "conversions" to be low-quality from some authors), unless you're looking to match colors.
Is there any tutorial "how to make MyBB theme"?
What theme are you trying to convert. I have converted one smf theme before and I could help you convert one.
