I've setup a moderator tool called "Marked as Solved".

It does the following:

- Closes the thread
- Applies "solved" prefix
- Adds a new reply

However, when I run it on a thread it does everything above except close the thread. Yet if I remove the add new reply bit, it does close the thread.

I think it's a bug, anyone confirm? Has it been reported already?

Try adding the reply before closing the thread?

How exactly? When you create the moderator tool, it doesn't give you the option to order which functions execute first.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

It works on localhost - can you take a screenshot of your settings for the mod tool?

It seems to work if you execute from within a thread but not from forumdisplay.

So it's a bug?
