There's no point in doing that. Can you just post what's in the Board URL and cookie settings??
Sorry I'm a noob. Where do I get those settings etc from?
ACP > Configuration > General Configuration.
Jesus, I can't even get on ACP now, when I go to register even it says the page doesn't exist and the same for logging in.
The only way I can get on it is if I reinstall.
Yeah it sounds like you've changed the Board URL, assuming the files are actually all there. Reinstall, and just leave the Board URL and cookie settings alone. If you're getting all these on a local installation there's something you're doing that's causing it.
Everything is working, and the username prompting has stopped and only appears when you first access ACP. One other thing though, does it matter that everytime I access the forum that it's under a file called "Upload" it goes "http://localhost/Upload/Index.php" ?
Doesn't really matter, but when you put it on your webhost account, make sure you rename it to forum, forums or whatever.

If you kept the files in the Upload folder and didn't rename it, then that's what you'll have to access it with...
