I think that isn't possible.
I've tried to merge a MySQL mybb to an Postgres MyBB, and that didn't work. Mostly because the SQL queries, that aren't compatible with other RDBMS'es than MySQL.

I found out there is a converter for these but it costs a lot.

EnterpriseDB also has a migration wizard, so you can convert MySQL databases to Postgres. But it didn't save the structure and data in the Postgres database. Maybe I try again later. Also I've tested SQLite but that was a little bit to slow for me, in a forum with nothing. And creating a new thread gave me a error.
