Hi, we are thinking about switching hosting from GODADDY to JUSTHOSTING.... I was wondering how to import it over. I have the files all on filezilla I could back up, but would I lose all my member stats?

Download all your files to your computer. Backup your database, either via the MyBB ACP or via phpMyAdmin. On the new host, create a database, import your backup to it, upload your files again, and edit your ./inc/config.php file to point to the new database.
