Like the title says, how do I add a icon to the left of a username? Basically for every person in that group.

Go into group management, username style, add the following before everything,

<img src="http://link.com">

You can enter an image into the Username Style using the HTML img tag in the group options, alternatively you could set their group image and this will display below their username.
