I am getting this message when I am trying to upload an 8MB video into my video section in www.qnhl.com: "You may not post in this forum either because the forum is closed, or it is a category."

I checked the limit of the attachments, and I increase it to 9MB...but still the same message. Any explanation?

The size of the file is greater that the one set in the php configuration as the limit for file uploads on your server.

Your post_max_size setting in your php configuration needs to be bigger than 9MB

You can see the path to your php.ini in your Admin-CP -> Maintenance -> PHP Info. If you're on a shared hosting server you won't have the permission to change the allowed file size.
