Any user attemptimg registration gets the following error !!

Thanks a lot. I am new to myBB thats why I'm clueless to where to look for.. Sorry !!

Default Profile (2.1.0)
Gives new users who register a default avatar, signature, and profile options. For MyBB 1.4.x.

this was the plugin causing problem . works when it is removed. Any fix for the plugin to work on mybb 1.6 ?
