Where do I go to edit this area and these 4 items (click attachment)? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!

Those are language strings. You can find them by editing the messages.lang.php file in an editor or through the ACP.

There's also the Quick Phrases tab - go to ACP -> Configuration -> Languages (left) -> select which language pack you want to edit -> Quick Phrases (tab).
