Hey, I uploaded the files to my website using Firezilla as a FTP client. But I only say two folders, one was named ... while the other one which was in the ... folder was named logs. Besides that there where just a lot of files in the logs folder and nothing else. So I just dragged and droped the files in the "upload" folder I downloaded here on this website into the ... folder. Now I'm getting a 403 Error:
Error 403 - Forbidden
You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.
Please help?
And when I type /install/ after my url, it just says Error 404 - Not Found.

Does your files have 644??

Also, do you have a .htaccess file? Try renaming it to htaccess.txt
