first, i enter the configuration, click next and the page stay loading, after 2~10 minutes send this error

This isn't a problem with MyBB, the MyBB Merge System, or anything we can help with. The error message about your MySQL Server having "gone away" is quite literal and indicates a problem with your MySQL Server itself.
