How do I make it that members can't repute other members more than once, period. Not just in the same thread?
IF I wasn't at work I would find out for sure but I believe there is a setting how many times a person can rep people somewhere in the setting(might groups though too honeslty).
log in to admin/configuration/
look down setting groups list , repuation.
click that, under allow mutiaple repuation select no and save that setting
Acp>configuration>reputation
change the following
Allow Multiple Reputation
Can users give multiple reputations to the same user?
Note: Does not effect "Post" reputation
if that dosen't work for you you may want to put in a plugin request
