i have no access to my forum for quite a while and got this error.. my computer have recently been formated with previous database backup deleted..

nope didnt go away..the version is 1.41 though.. if i upgrade the forum, will the post disappear? i cant seem to backup now, the error is stopping from backing up..
1.4.1?! What?? If you're on 1.4 I don't know why this is in the 1.6 forum, and if you're on 1.4.1 you're on a version two years old with many known security vulnerabilities.

I'm not getting that error, I'm gettings MyBB Error (43), so I presume you've repaired the table and run the upgrade now?
nope.. i think there is some problem while upgrading..
although the forum version now says '1.6' , at the admincp home page it says this error..

Run this in phpMyAdmin:
REPAIR TABLE `mybb_posts`
wow it works.. no more error msg =)
guess the problem now is updating the plugin as it says most plugin dont work with 1.6
