Is there a plugin as when i share a link of thread within my forum instead of appearing a link, it appears like the name of thread. kindly guide me in this regard

You can always use the function to make a link into any word(s) You want.
Write the word(s) you want to be a link>>Highlight the word>>Click the "Earth and Link" Icon in the advance editor and then paste the url in the new window that pops up. or use this format
[url=http://www.yourdomain.com]The word(s) here[/url]

can there be an automatic way to do this?
It's not a core feature, you'd need a plugin.
