i'm just asking if Mybb have a mode to make a daily ,weekly or Fiew days a backup for Data Base ??
i'm asking that because i don't like to do manual backup evry time !

Cron enables users to schedule jobs to run periodically at certain times or dates. That is basically what you need.
Copy and paste the code I gave you into a file, edit the details so that they match your mysql account info, upload it to your hosting account.
cPanel > Cron
Set the date you want, and set for the command:
/home/[username]/[file name]
