I need a plugin that requires your contact information when you post a new threard. Can you help me? Thanks

Why would anyone want to post contact info in a new thread? I just don't see the need for this at all.

I have a sales forum. And I need this plugin because everyone forgets to put contact details when selling something.

A thread present plugin could work. I think someone made that somewhere, not sure.
