Just keep making discussions and inviting your friends to the forum, you'll get there eventually.
I've used the addme.com tyvm! Yes, slowly but surely I'm hoping! It's fun and enjoyable so it won't be too hard to keep consistent!

Need is a big word: Google, Yahoo and Bing are being used by 98 percent of the users. Google alone covers around 75 percent maybe a bit more or less but the point is that is a lot!
