Hi, I guess this is where i request. This is what I want.

Logo name- PokéSunrise.com, then under it, can you make it say- A Homely Forum for every pokemon fan.

Background for logo- A beautiful Sunrise.

and for the forums, i would love if the bars were an orange or a light blue.

Nope. Logo you usually can, custom themes usually cost 20 dollars.

Well someone might do it, what i meant to say is its uncommon to find someone willing to do it.

Uhmm people can and will do themes for free.

Only one I know of,is the lugia theme I had made.

Some will complete the request for free, however once a designer starts to get so many requests, he has to charge money.
