I mean I know how to get to it portal.php but how do I do anything with it. I dind't even know it was there til a few moment ago but could be a nice feature.

how do I get content on the portal part or down the side? If I can figure it out then I may link my creation of art domain to the portal page instead of the index page to keep it the center of things.
