is there any plugin as when use creates a thread, change smilies appear every time he creates a thread? kindly guide me so

means smilies appearing on the thread, changes with every new created thread.
change set of smilies appearing

There's no plugin for this and to be honest, it seems like a bad idea.

Actually some time ago, i have found this plugin and i have lost it, want to know if someone knows abt it
