Ok, I think the solution is to convert to SMF then SMF to myBB. Wish me luck...

there is a converter in development from ipb3 to mybb 1.6 i think it will be released soon if you could wait or go to smf then mybb i'll see if i can find the threads.

Yes, some time in November is what we're targeting for the new modules. I want to have them as thoroughly tested beforehand as possible.
