Get a domain, using a .info.tm (first time seeing this...) looks terrible. If you want your site to grow, get a TLD like a .com/.net/.org. And then, get a better theme (more like space) and a better logo. That'll help a lot, also be original.
Pros: Nicely laid out forum categories. Looney but new and exclusive content. They actually and finally have something concrete and unique to talk about and provide.
Cons: Ugly theme and even uglier logo. Logo looks like it came from a scene of a horror movie. Staff seems slightly...uh...well...

Why did you not redirect the old one to the new domain and site and then go ahead and transfer over the content. I like the theme, the logo does not match though. Right now, in my opinion, your first step would be to merge with your old one or start new but create lots of content.
