Well i changed the board url to try something and ended up messing the whole thing up. I can't log into my admin cp nor my user CP and its giving me this error

you have a ' . ' before www

you have mentioned that you have changed the board URL from the board settings!

and it seems you have set it to

 http://.www.heavenly-sent.net/mybb_110/Upload/index.php/admin/index.php

see the dot before www
so in can you are not able to visit the admin cp to change them, then edit

./inc/settings.php , and change the $settings['bburl'] setting
