Alexa is reporting that my 2 forums are very slow to load and the sites may be penalized by search engines

EG

Very Slow (3.424 Seconds), 86% of sites are faster

http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/investingideas.biz

Very Slow (3.673 Seconds), 87% of sites are faster

I contacted my host about this and they replied

Any suggestions to make the forums load faster?

Disable features which are unnecessary such as:
"User(s) browsing this forum","User(s) browsing this thread","Online today"

Post the debug stats from the footer of the forum.

dont use Alexa,

Dunno why you're basing the speed of your site off something dumb as Alexa, it doesn't mean one thing to your site.
