How to add more languages in the board, whats are the steps, kindly guide.

Should be explained in the language packs, you basically just upload the files in the translation package. Which one are you trying to use??

i want to add french and german
There's not currently a French translation, but there's instructions included with the German ones. Put the contents of the 'Buttons' folder into ./images/, the contents of 'Sprachdateien' into the ./inc/languages/ folder.
