I have installed plugin for Latest News Bar, but I dont know how to edit it, plz view and guide..!!

This is empty

Have you checked the plugin's readme file?? It should tell you there where you're meant to edit the settings for it.

Install:

Copy folder to your mybb forum root, go to admin page,
select Configuration -> Plugins and activate A clear news bar plugin.

It only says this in Read Me file..!!

Get its settings in Portal Settings..!!
