Well Since Im Not paid Subscriber and dont plan on being one is there any other shout-boxes for mybb 1.6 out there?

Darkly thats not true only if your needing support from him. This is simple. Find {myshoutbox} or {my_shoutbox} and move it to the header template. Look at the wiki if your not sure how to edit the template.
