Hey when I try install a new theme it doesn't let me
This is what I see in my admin panel.
Can anyone help me why?

This is an issue with your host. Looks like you're not hosted like most other forums, and your host has restricted things. The text there isn't the default text, and it says you have to choose from pre-selected ones from your host. Who do you host with??
