I Have banned this IP Number 11 times 218.213.130.227 and it's still crawling my site, i have put .*. instead of the numbers.
Can anyone please tell me why its still showing?

They'll still show up, they will just be getting an error message. This isn't like a .htaccess ban, won't actually stop people accessing the site, will just show them a message saying they're banned.
