After the upgrade page index appear for members only and do not appear to visitor
And do not appear to members as soon as log off

can i find solution to this problem???
I supervised several forums on the same host and upgraded them and has a good upgrade
But this forum where this problem appeared and I can not find a solution

Tried reuploading a new copy of ./index.php?? Got any 1.4 plugins active?? I see you're still using a 1.4 theme.
