I have some problems with MySupport plugin.
I don't know how to make it work, so if someone can help me...
I have this error message:

/Moved to Mod Support.

This will be a host problem. Have you tried doing what you did again?

Yeah it's a host issue, not a MySupport specific error. Shouldn't be losing connection over a query like that.

Yes, and this error pops up every time...
I think it isn't host problem because I'm retrying for about 4 hours...

Spoiler plugin works fine...

It is a host issue, it's losing connection to the database. I can't do anything about this. This isn't a query MySupport runs, and I can't even find this in any core files so I don't know where it's coming from.

What should I do? Should I call my host provider support center?

I'm curious to see where this query is even coming from first. What other plugins do you have??

Just looking at it now with the ACP account you sent me... it's installed OK, it's activating it that's the problem. The only thing it does when it activates though is the template edits, and the function to do the template edits doesn't run this query. Can you upload a new copy of ./inc/adminfunctions_templates.php from a fresh download??

I uploaded adminfunctions_templates.php
I didnt change templates files because I'm not sure what I need to do...
