Anyone got any suggestions on mods to look like vBulletin? Or to look like this

I am starting up a gaming news site soon and trying to make mine look somewhat like the above link.

I am going to have a news / blog for the front page and I want to have a left sidebar and a nice looking Nav bar.

I want to have a flash header / scrolling header too, but I don't know if I can do that in MyBB.

Also, if I am making news posts is there a mod or plugin where I can make them and edit them in the admin CP or will they just be added by making a News Thread?

did you even look around? there's at least one theme that completely emulates the look of vB

however, that site is not even close to stock vB. it's been heavily customized.
