I have just installed a plug-in called Board-Message. It looks fine on all the process and since it has not come with Chinese support, I just copy the same language file to chs/admin folder.
Problem occurs while I added a message through it and it shows only question marks (???????? ?????). Checked database, it just stored the same as it is.

It look like the encoding use for storing new record of this plug-in is not using utf8. Any idea I could correct this problem?
