I want to change my host, but I don't now what I should save.
I've made backups from cpanel, home backup , db backups...
help?? or at least some links with help?
If you've got a backup of your files and database that's fine; you'd need to make a new database on the new host, import your backup to it, upload the files to the new host, and edit your ./inc/config.php file to point to the new database. Should all work OK after that.

Create a new database on the new host, then go to phpMyAdmin and into the new database, click the import tab and it should be self-explanatory from there.
