Hi Folks,

We are almost done with our myBB forum but we are having a slight issue. Even after we read new posts or threads, the New Post ON icon/button remains in the forum it doesnt change. Any fix with this?

Any advice will be appreciated! We cant wait to move from phpBB to myBB!

This one is a known issue. There's no fix atm but if you use the "Mark as read" function everything works fine.

It will eventually fixed when we rewrite the threads read system.

This problem is fixed on the http://www.hoopsworld.com/board3/ forum. They uses myBB too right? It looks exactly like myBB without the credits. I wonder what code they used to fix it.

Yeah that site is indeed powered by MyBB but they have removed the copyrights.

Actually i haven't encountered this problem at all, not here nor on my board.

I have this problem from many of my members and they are complaining about it. A fix would be great.
