Hello Team,
I finished a merge with phpbb3 and in that it has by default 2 groups:

1. Newly registered members
2. Registered members

Now after merging, on mybb... i got 2 groups with same number as on phpbb3..

BUT when i deleted Newly registered members group on mybb... they get added to registered members and numbers get almost doubled...

Means a single user is counting like 2 ...

any idea what should i do to prevent it??

I'm not sure what you mean by "Two groups with the same number", do you mean with the same name? If so that is because MyBB brings over all of your custom groups from phpBB.

actually i figured it out... i was doing it on test board..

in phpbb3 also it has these 2 groups by default but they never merge those 2..... means both counters are same but username remains same.
in MyBB i deleted one grp so counters doubled, but username remained same.

Ok, so long as you figured it out

ya i waited 2 days for reply... but when no one answered , i decided to check myself.... its actually a phpbb3 bug which disturbed MyBB merge.
