From the Wechsler test here are the labels for an IQ of 100 and more :
IQ, Archaic Description, Description, % of population
100, (?), Average, 50%
115, (?), High Average, 16%
125, (?), Superior, 5%
130, Genius, Very Superior/Gifted, 1.5%
145, (?), (?), 0.087%
I would consider someone with an IQ superior to 160(Stanford Binet) to be a Genius...

The average human IQ is 100.
The IQ must be evaluated with a standardized test like Wechsler WAIS, Stanford Binet or other approved methods. The average value beeing 100.
If you are mentioning school test scores, they have a maximum value of 100. It is not the same...

So if you are talking about pre-Mensa tests or other similar internet tests, then you have to consider that there is not only the IQ important in life!

This. If you can get hold of a WAIS IV example test then that's pretty accurate
