XHTML is HTML, only a few fixes from it, style only uses from css files etc, or the style attibute. and using upcut characters in XHTML is wrong.
Well, I can't really say I know about a site with _ALL_ the tags. but. you can do an w3c check on it tho, see if it is XHTML compatible.
