is there any posibility
to make password reset service more easily,
In this procedure i needs just new password in first email
no need first email of activation of account !!!

The reason it does this is because otherwise people could put your email address into the form and continuously reset your password. They wouldn't know what it was, but it would be a pain for the user as their password would keep changing. Are you sure you'd want that?? If it sends a confirmation, it knows you want to reset it, so then sends the new one.
