My PC-BSD with KDE desktop, and taskbar.

Its the most sexy thing since me. /sarcasm, its not that awesome.

This is all stock, no customizations yet.

I just rebooted last night so it's not as bad as normal, usually there is much more open.

I can fit about 5 until it annoys me,

Never was so clean with XP but on 7 all the small icons are hidden behind the arrow
