I would just like to start off by saying thank you for this EXCELLENT forum software. Unforunately I have found it too late. I have a well under way community and I would like to migrate to MYBB. I have SMF at the moment, it IS possible to convert from SMF to PHPBB. I have seen people speak of a PHPBB to MYBB converter unfortunately I can not find it, where can I download it? Also, what version of PHPBB would I need to have for the converter and what version of MYBB would I need to convert it to for tit to work? I can always update later right?

I have SMF want to convert to PHPBB then convert that to MYBB. Maybe a converter form would be a nice addition to this site.

EDIT: I have notice that it is possible to delete a thread. Is it possible to stop ordinary guests from doing that?

It's possible if you edit their group permissions in the Admin CP.

It seems that all of the download links have been removed , thanks anyway.

toertchen is working on a new version of his converter as there were some problems with the old one.
