Regarding Matt saying that the load could be caused by anyone on the shared host.... I run a small sized host server and I can see which account is using up the CPU and memory etc.

The host may have seen high server load, checked stats, and seen the top process is this guys forum display.php

As others have said, if there's no plugins, then it shouldn't cause high server load. I suspect your on an ultra cheap host. These guys overload servers and any sites that takes up too much load will just get throttled or stopped.

But its not cheap at all if i compare it with blue host and hosgator atc

ANYWAY i got that now its them problem now mine , cose i use the same scrept in another sub-domain and no overload and i sent your replay to this host and waiting them answer.
