Admin-CP -> Board Settings -> Edit -> Board Message.
i didnt see board message man either edit
i saw modify option they get in there
but there in not boardsetting
It is
Admin CP > Board Settings > Change > Board Message Settings
at the right hand of the screen you will see a go button click it or just click on Board Message Settings
